Thanks to all of you who attended the first annual Desert Foothills Book Festival at the Holland Center in Scottsdale, Arizona on June 4, 2022.
It was a great event with many authors and it was a joy to meet so many of you readers.
This was my first time representing my book, Life Behind the Masks at a book festival and it was an energic, positive and interesting experience. Many of you stopped by and shared your own experiences and I was touched by your vulnerability and trust. Others had already read parts of the book after I was a featured author on the festival's website. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It meant so much to me.
Thanks to all of you for your interest and sharing. Readers like you are encouraging and I left the festival uplifted and sure that I had received so much more than I was able to give.
